With a traditional contract, the client coordinates the architect, the engineers and the builder, and carries the risk when their work does not fit together. As a design and build company in Lagos, Titan takes on that coordination. Our in-house architects work with structural, MEP and interior specialists so design and construction are planned together, which shortens schedules and helps control costs.

Questions about design & build / turnkey
What is the difference between design and build and turnkey?
In design and build, Titan designs and builds under one contract. Turnkey adds the remaining steps: approvals, commissioning and any fit-out or equipment, so you receive a building ready to use on the day of hand-over.
Will I still have a say in the design?
Yes. You approve the concept, the materials and the detailed design at each stage before construction starts.
Do you help with financing?
On turnkey projects we can provide financing support and help you prepare the project for lenders.
